Sometimes you hear people talking about how doing art professionally takes commitment. You have to do things even when you don’t feel like it.

Now, sometimes that atitud can lead to truely crappy art. Its difficult to be creative when you’re just not there. However, the thing about ceramics is that you’ve got parts of the process that don’t take any creativity at all, just skill.

That’s what I’m doing today. To be honest, I’d rather just draw more naga or work on sculpture, but I need to get out some cups for Cory. It’s been a couple of weeks. So, throwing today. I don’t need large amounts of ceativity for this, just some good solid skills and muscle memory, which I have a plenty.
