Kiln results
So in addition to the surprise from the scrap glaze, something wierd happened to the bone. Instead of turning bright yolky-yellow like it has been, it actually looks a little bone like. Its more of a pinkish white and a smooth eggshell matte. … bwa? I dunno what’s going on there but I’ll find out. Its not a bad glaze, mind you, its just not the bright yellow that I’ve grown to love and was expecting.
Anyhow, here’s a preview of my results!

If you look at the bottle on the right and the bowl on the left you can see a clear example of the difference in bone that I’m talking about. Yes, those are the SAME GLAZE. Whodawha?
Right now the theory is water amount. I’ll let you know how the test tile turns out.
